What Buyers Inspect On A Visit

A working tour, not a showroom. Here is the route most buyers follow from the moment they walk in.

01

Incoming Material Check

Buyers usually start here — inspecting raw S2 steel, aluminium handles and PCB boards against incoming inspection records before anything reaches the line.

02

Assembly Line Walkthrough

A full pass through CNC machining, injection moulding and assembly stations, where you can see batch consistency and talk to the line supervisors directly.

03

Live Tool Testing

Every station is powered up on request. Bring your own board or screen sample and we will run it through soldering stations, separators, microscopes and thermal imagers.

04

Pre-Shipment QC & Packaging

The final stop — dimensional checks, hardness testing, function tests per batch, then retail or private-label packaging review before goods are released.

Factory Visit FAQ

The questions buyers ask most before booking a trip to Shenzhen.

Can overseas buyers visit your workshop in Shenzhen?

Yes. We welcome distributors, repair shop owners and brand buyers to visit our Shenzhen workshop. Visits are usually arranged one to two weeks in advance so we can schedule the production line, QC room and sample testing around your trip. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your preferred dates and we will confirm availability.

What do buyers usually inspect during a factory visit?

Most buyers spend the first hour reviewing finished-goods QC, then walk the assembly line, the incoming material area and the packaging station. Live testing is available on request — soldering stations, microscopes, thermal imagers and screen separators can all be demonstrated with your own samples if you bring them.

How long does a typical factory visit take?

A standard visit runs about half a day, roughly three to four hours, covering the production tour, hands-on product testing and a commercial discussion. Buyers who want to review the full range usually stay a full day. We can help arrange airport pickup and hotel recommendations.

Can we discuss OEM or private-label projects during the visit?

Yes — a factory visit is the best time to talk through OEM and private-label projects, because you can review tooling, packaging mockups and MOQ requirements face to face. Bring your brand assets if you would like to work on packaging design during the meeting.
