All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms are agreed upon per transaction. We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and order volume. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3-7 business days.

5. Warranty

All tools come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Consumable items (tips, blades) carry a 3-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or unauthorized modification.
